Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing the order details, or by using the tracking number on our website's tracking page.
You can modify your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping. Contact our customer service immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), express shipping (1-2 business days), and same-day delivery (in select cities). Shipping costs vary based on the option chosen and your location.
Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand our shipping services to international destinations in the future.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed information.
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
